Yoga with Natalie
Natalie is a yoga teacher who aims to help people expand their life-force energy, deepen their breath, and reconnect with what’s possible in their bodies and their lives — knowing that every day brings something new, and that growth often begins by simply showing up. Natalie came to the mat seeking breath — and found strength, balance, and inner peace along the way. After healing from multiple abdominal surgeries and managing lymphedema, yoga became her anchor and her gift to share. She began her teaching journey with the MSOE Men’s Rowing Team, helping athletes build flexibility, breath awareness, and focus. Today, her classes offer a calm, supportive space to grow from the inside out. Grounded in grace and presence, Natalie invites students to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and return home to themselves — one intentional moment at a time.

Cancer Survivor Classes

As a cancer survivor herself, Natalie has created a series of Yoga sessions that help other survivors manage their lives and bodies after having gone through very trying times.
